Controlley

The Controlley is a stool for kids while waiting for the plane. 

The assignment was to design a stool from cardboard. During the brainstorming, I focused on the moments when you are waiting and would like to sit down for a while. The airport is a good example. Long waiting’s, long layovers and a lot of standing in the queue. Especially for children, or parents with children, this is tiring.

The Controlley is the solution to this problem. The stool is handy to carry on your suitcase, easy to build for kids and perfect to sit on while waiting. ​

Every Controlley is based on a control tower at the airport. Each design suits the airport and its control tower. Children can collect a new Controlley every holiday.
